Raiders Junior Summer Camp Ages 5 - 12 years old

Will be on Monday 06/07 to Friday 10/07 from 09.00 to 12.00 in Woodbrook College, Bray, A98 AW64.

Summer Camp 2026 Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

No responsibility will be accepted by Dublin Raiders Basketball Club for Parents/Guardians who do not fully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Parents/Guardians must be aware that places will be filled on a first come first served basis.

2. Places are not confirmed until payment in full is received.

3. Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your booking up to 23rd June 2026 there will be a 10% administration fee charged to process the refund. Cancellations post 23rd June will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be given if cancelling 48 hours before start of camp.

4. Dublin Raiders Basketball Club only accepts children from the age of 5 years up to 18 years of age.

5. A Parent/Guardian must complete and sign the Online Application Form, and agree to Terms & Conditions. Camp Payment via EasyPaymentsPlus is also taken as agreement with the Terms and Conditions.

6. All medical conditions or significant information e.g. ASD/ADHD must be clearly stated on the Application Form.

7. Children must bring a light snack and water/drink each day.

8.The hours of the Junior Camp are 9am–12noon Monday to Friday. Please note the Camp commencing week of 3rd August is a 4 day camp due to the August Bank Holiday.

9. Children attending Junior Camp will not be taken into Camp before 8:45am and must be collected no later than 12noon. Dublin Raiders Basketball Club and its coaches are not responsible for Children outside of these times.

10. Dublin Raiders Basketball Club does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the children.

11. Dublin Raiders Basketball Club reserves the right to cancel part of/or the entire camp.

12. Dublin Raiders Basketball Club has permission to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident or sickness.

13. Information on activities is given in good faith. All arrangements and activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions, program schedules, and other arrangements. Dublin Raiders Basketball Club reserves the right to cancel, amend or alter activities accordingly in the event of unanticipated situations.

14. Dublin Raiders Basketball Club reserves the right to remove any child that is disruptive from Camp due to misbehaviour whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk without a refund.

15. Breach of our Terms and Conditions will result in the cancellation of the booking, and no refund will be applicable.
